ROCKFERRY DARTMOUTH Details

 

ROCKFERRY has two double bedrooms and one single bedroom and comfortably sleeps 5 people.  The main bedroom has a king sized bed, the second bedroom a double bed and the third bedroom a single bed (with a single mattress underneath if required for children). There is a well appointed family bathroom with a bath and separate double shower.

The kitchen is well presented with an electric oven, fridge, microwave, washing machine and wine cooler.  There is a small breakfast bar and two stools.  In the Living/Dining Room there is a table and five chairs, a leather sofa and chair with matching footstool and another occasional chair.  The digital TV also plays DVDs and the flat has WiFi access.  

The property is a no smoking property and no pets are allowed. Children of all ages welcome. A cot and high chair can be provided at an extra cost. Tea, Coffee, Sugar and all cleaning products are provided.

We provide a hairdryer and iron/ironing board.  There is also a Guest Information pack which details places to visit, restaurants, useful phone numbers etc and we have a small selection of DVDs, Books and Games.

There is no parking space however there is on street parking for loading / unloading. A free parking permit is provided to all guests which can be used in the main car park (5 mins walk away). We also provide a free park & ride pass for use during busy periods. The Park & Ride is located 2 mins drive and runs every 10 mins.

Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included and the apartment is cleaned weekly. Other: Landing storage cupboard & coat rack.

A maid service is provided at the end of your stay and included in the price.
